TECHNOLOGY TEAM

FELFEL's technology team of 10 engineers has built the heart of FELFEL's product and is responsible for the company's success as a leading European foodtech company. The team consists of Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Data Scientists, and a Mobile Developer who improve the experience for our end-customers eating at work every day, as well as for our internal users of our technology.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS TEAM

Our Corporate Partnerships Team is the first touch point for existing and future BtoB clients - e.g. companies who wish to serve their employees FELFEL food. Responsibilities include explaining the FELFEL concept with a tasting (the selling), installing the FELFEL (co-ordinating the launch) and being the first touch point for our clients once they have installed FELFEL.

IMPORTANT SKILLS IN THE TEAM

  • You like ‘Selling’, have good negotiation skills and a desire to talk about food

  • Communication skills - which you will use a lot

CENTRAL TEAM

Our central team makes sure that our business is stable, we have enough resources (both people and cash) and is responsible that our employees have everything they need to feel comfortable at FELFEL.

CUSTOMER HAPPINESS TEAM

There is only one goal in this team and it is very clear: make our customers HAPPY. The team is responsible for the daily interactions with our eater community, answering e-mails and phone calls, and going on site to launch new FELFEL offices, including serving food.

  • You have worked in a service industry before (restaurant, bar, call center, flight attendant etc.)

GROWTH TEAM

Our Growth Team is responsible for generating leads - e.g. it awakens the interest of individuals working at companies who might need FELFEL at their work place; they primarily use events, social media, and referral.

The Operations Team is installing a fridge at the airport. Every day they get to see a completely different workplace.

OPERATIONS TEAM

Our Operations Team is responsible for the daily commissioning of our fresh food that goes to our clients daily. It also takes care of the whole FELFEL fleet, located at all of our customer locations. They make sure that the eater community can use the FELFELs to eat without interruption and installs new FELFELs every week.
