In the FELFEL kitchen, our cook-off battles are legendary! Teams whip up amazing dishes around fun themes, mixing teamwork with a dash of friendly competition. It's all about the joy of cooking and winning together.

Every year, the FELFEL Christmas party is a highlight. This time, we baked Zimtsterne to celebrate our lively culture and growth.

  • Our hiring process is known to be quite unique. Apart from investing a lot of care, and time, it tends to be fairly lengthy. This is because we want to ensure that when the contract is signed, the candidate is genuinely happy about working at FELFEL for the years to come, fully understands the role, and we’re sure that will be content with their performance.

    The steps may vary based on the role, but the general outline is as follows:

    1. Application: Make sure to fill in all the fields and meet all the requirements. If we ask for a video presentation, you can find more information on how to do it here.

    2. Speed Date: This is your first contact with the person who might become your leader. These are quick interviews of about 20-30 minutes. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you have!

    3. Task Work: If the first speed date went well, we will contact you within the next 2 days at the latest. You'll receive an email with a task that you need to complete within a week.

    4. Task Work Presentation: Now it's time to present and defend your ideas to your future team. This could be in person or online, depending on the team!

    5. Interview with our co-CEO: Anna Grassler always takes the time to get to know our future FELFELians. It's the perfect chance for you to address any questions you have about FELFEL :)

    6. Experience Day: On this day, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of FELFEL. You'll visit our office, meet different FELFELians and their teams, feel the dynamic workspace atmosphere, and most importantly... take on a secret culinary.

    The selection process may vary slightly, but on average, it lasts between 30 to 40 days.

  • Once we receive your application, you'll hear from us within the next 5 working days. We value speed and aim to keep the waiting time to a minimum!

    Feedback holds significant value at FELFEL, if your profile hasn't been selected, we’ll notify you within a maximum of 5 working days, or 2 if you've had the first speed date.

    After this stage the feedback provided, will be general due to the high volume of applications we receive.

    In case you’ve reached to the task work or Experience Day stage, you'll either receive a call from the hiring manager or an email with a detailed feedback explaining why we've chosen not to proceed further with your application.

  • Currently, we don't accept spontaneous applications. But no worries! We're growing rapidly. Keep an eye on our website!

  • It should be around 30 seconds to a maximum of 1 minute. Use it to present yourself and share with us why you believe you're the perfect fit for this opening. A little trick: we love seeing smiling faces!
